Attorneys successfully prevent over $2 million dollar invasion of client’s living trust

Socarras and Andrew Fine successfully defended against a proceedings supplementary action to invade a client’s revocable living trust in Miami, Florida.  The Plaintiff in the case sought to take over $2,000,000 from the trust to satisfy a judgment against the trustee’s son, claiming that there were fraudulent transfers by or on behalf of the son giving rise to liability.  At the recent trial, Socarras and Fine were able to show that the Plaintiff’s claims against the trust and the trustee had no merit, and the Judge hearing the case entered a verdict in favor of the client.
