As an experienced litigator that is licensed in both Florida and California, Jafar’s practice consists of handling a wide variety of complex civil and business litigation matters, including those involving negligence, professional liability, mass torts, insurance and subrogation, employment law, and commercial and business litigation.Prior to joining CSLaw, Jafar primarily handled civil and complex litigation defense for a large national law firm. Jafar earned his Juris Doctor from the Delaware Law School at Widener University and B.A. undergraduate degree from Penn State University. Jafar is a member of the Arab American Bar Association and he is fluent in Arabic.
