Bio

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Campbell managed more than 650 active litigation matters involving insurance related disputes as an in-house associate attorney for a large insurance carrier. In that role, she regularly advised claims professionals and leadership on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and settlement posture, and achieved favorable outcomes through dispositive motions and negotiated resolutions. She also played an active role in improving litigation efficiency by developing internal training programs and best-practice initiatives.  Ms. Campbell has additional experience representing individuals and corporate clients in commercial litigation, employment disputes, first-party property matters, and general liability cases in both federal and state courts.

Ms. Campbell earned her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Florida A&M University Law Review. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
