Ruben E. Mr. Socarras is devoted to representing individuals and businesses in state and federal courts throughout Florida in a variety of complex business, commercial, and civil litigation cases, including contract, collections, real estate, employment, construction, insurance, wrongful death and personal injury matters. In addition to being a skilled litigator, Mr. Socarras’ diverse practice includes advising clients in the areas of business and corporate law, and he routinely provides representation to fiduciaries in state or federal court, such as bankruptcy trustees and receivers.
